At Majestic Care ABA Therapy, we are dedicated to making high-quality ABA therapy accessible to families across the country. We currently offer services in North Carolina, Indiana, and Coronado, California, providing compassionate and effective treatment to children with autism in these communities.
We will work with you to verify your diagnosis documents meets the medical necessity criteria set by your insurance carrier. Then we will verify coverage with your insurance provider.
a. Once insurance is approved, our team will be in contact to schedule our initial assessment with you and your child.
b. The assessment will allow our clinical team to determine various skills across developmental domains and to get a better understanding on what skills we will build on at the start of treatment
Based on the individual assessment and skills assessed, BCBA will develop a treatment plan. This plan will include skills to develop over the next six months including but not limited to communication, life-skills, behavior reduction, and social skills.
Once the treatment plan is developed it is sent to your insurance provider for approval.
a. When approval from insurance is issued, our team will contact you to begin treatment!
b. The entire process can take anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks.
